Ben1 e1360559352948Ben Scott

Commercial Asset Manager

Beckwith Park is a diverse business and industry park accommodating bulk wine storage, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, retail, commercial and transport facilities.  Ben has been involved at Beckwith Park since its inception, having a hand in separating services, asset sales, multiple refurbishment projects and recommissioning our extensive bulk wine management assets to enable occupancy by our tenants. The transition from a single-ownership winery site to a multi-tenanted business park has not been without its challenges. The process has given him a detailed working knowledge of the complex and extensive services infrastructure and building assets providing a great understanding to allow us to tailor spaces to suit new uses and tenants. Ben’s current role includes project marketing, leasing, tenant relations and feasibility modelling as well as the delivery of our development and refurbishment projects.
